Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Labdhi Wealth Care Pvt. Ltd., CIN U74999MH2008PTC185179, operating from 104 to 111, 1st Floor, Bhaveshwar Market, M. G. Road, Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai 400 077.
What we collect
Only two categories, and both are things you hand us deliberately:
- What you type into a form. Your name, phone number, email address, the product you are interested in and any message you write. Where a form sits under a calculator, we also record the figures you modelled — the loan amount, tenure or investment horizon — so the advisor who calls you already understands the question.
- Basic technical information. Your browser sends an IP address and user-agent string with every request, and our server logs them, as essentially every web server does.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not use non-essential cookies. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of that enquiry so a colleague can pick it up if the person you spoke to is unavailable. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
If we need to share a document with a lender or issuer to progress something you have asked us to progress, we will tell you which one and why before we do it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and afterwards for the period we are required to keep client records under applicable law and our regulators' record-keeping rules. Enquiries that never become a relationship are reviewed and cleared periodically.
Where it is stored
On servers we control, located in India. Enquiry records are held in a restricted-access store; only staff who need them to respond to you can read them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contactus@labdhi.in from the address you contacted us on, or call +91 97022 77943. We will respond within 30 days.
Deletion is subject to the record-keeping obligations above — where we are required by law to retain something, we will say so rather than quietly keep it.

This site links to labdhiunlisted.in and other Labdhi properties, and to third-party sites such as WhatsApp. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
